If you installed that air filter yourself you can install the suspension. The rear is the most cake thing you can do. Fronts a little harder but by no means difficult. I managed and I am DEFINATLEY NOT mechanicly inclined. Haha evn the driveway trick didnt work for you trying to make your car look low. Nice car though, paint and seats look especially nice.I still need to buy springs and pay for the install.Comment

It kinda looks like you wheel is not centered in the wheel in this pic. Is you lower control bushing in good shape? There appears to be deflection, and rub with those tires in the before lowered stance.
Oh sorry I forgot to mention that your car looks sharp. I love the color wish I had my stateside car that color.Comment

The wheels are turned as far as they can go, as far as I know nothing is rubbing anywhere in any wheel well.Originally posted by M-technik-3

Looks sweet, I can't wait to see it dropped.
But even with the drive way trick going for your car, my front lip is a few inches lower on level ground :)Comment

Is there anyway to get that off?[/quote]Originally posted by Eurospeed88Your intake manifold has the same mark on it in the same place that mine did from that stupid cover inside the hood rubbing on it.
i had the same thing, only i assumed it was because the manifold got so hot that it was melting that sheild. so my fix was to just cut out a whole in the shield where it was touching. dont have any problems now :D98 M3/4/5

EEK! Stu, someone thieved your wheels! lol, he probably wants to get rid of 'em anyway. Nice car, Jamie. Love the blackouts, they go well with the color.
P.S.: Gotta love the '89s! One of the only two years to get ellips in the US... I love my '89 325i too.
