In the UK Alpina in their cunning way of making money did a Alpina Sport Pack that consisted of a High lift cam, head gasket, ECU, Exhaust and small tech2 steering wheel.

Not many were made so even though it's not a full alpina it adds some rarity to it.

Thanks for the nice replies guys.

Tempted to sell and get a coupe version and modify more but not sure if it's really worth changing, will no doubt miss the convertible roof.
