E30: Debadged, blacked out turn signals (no 56k)

So I blacked out all of my turn signals and lenses. I think turned out really good imo, blends in very nicely
with the rest of the molding :buttrock I also took off my old peeling Dinan badge and the 325i badge to clean up the butt a little bit.
Next to come is rims (still have nto decided which ones yet), Euro Smiley's, new fog light cover, smoked tails, bigger drop and some paint touchup where needed :cool

I actually didn't use "tinting" spray. I used model paint with clearcoat. Basically, the same stuff you use when painting your tails. Works excellent for this kind of stuff.

You know I was worried about it too, but the amber still soaks through when turned on/flashing. I'll get pics of it at night sometime soon.

Looks a bit better. Car is too much of a sleeper man, i think it needs a lil bit more to it as far as the exterior goes.

I tired to do mine like that as well and it was useless so I wen t ahead and got some smoked lenses from abrahams

mine are just as dark, and people can see them just fine. I thought they would be too dark too but now I wouldn't have it any other way..

What wheels are those? They look kinda like Keskin KT1's only 15" with BMW centers.
