    1990 325i (New Guy)

    Hey R3V,

Thanks to my buddy Henna30 I just bought a 1990 e30 with about 151,000 miles and quite a bit of the mechanical maintenance has been done just last month. The biggest factor that led me to buying this vehicle was the fact that the interior had been recently reupholstered and the car itself seemed like it was a good clean project to start modifying.

Honestly being in the Navy, I'm finding it really tough to make the time to get work done on it but I am determined nonetheless. Eventually I'd like to drop it low with an H&R/Bilstein combo, get new wheels and tires, new steering wheel, respray, short-throw, and redo the carpeting and get a new headliner installed.

I finding that I absolutely love these forums, you guys have so many good looking setups!! Giving me inspiration!
**Please don't mind the terrible last minute photos, about to go out for a month with a ship so I came up with the best I had. Any advice on improvements would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to the Madness bud! You'll learn a lot here and build one hell of a car along the way. and I 100% agree with the comment above. ^^ leather e-brake boot and zhp knob is the way to go! then some nice oem mats.
