I need to change valve cover and intake gasket, also replace all hoses for vacuum and fuel. Planing to put coils from M54B30 and remove the cables (COP)

There's difference in ~1mm thickness with intake ports on head and ports on manifold. Maybe someone needs that info ;)

The port on the manifold is only 'too small' for the last inch or so. Its pretty easy to open it up to the exact size of the port on the head. The mating of the lower manifold to the upper was terrible on my car and it was a stepped in the bad direction.

did the necessary porting to mach two parts of manifold. front shocks are bilstein b8 with apex -60springs, back are koni sp1 from e30 m3

Cop installed, finished with fuel cut problem, everything running smooth. Because of good throttle response, my clutch is feeling old :) Next things to do:
-new clutch
-el. coolant fan conversion
-oil catch can
-e36 steering rack
