    My first e30. 1984 318i

Bone stock, 250,000 miles (odo still works!). She is my DD on my 50 mile round trip commute. (My other vehicle is a jeep wrangler that gets 18mpg)

I've named her Gertrude Von Schtuker. Or Gerty for short.

I plan on keeping her ship shape and Bristol fashion, until such time as I don't need a commuter car anymore, then it is turbo time. :-)

Are you getting pretty good MPG's on the commute?

I'm a new member also! My car used to be an 84 m10!

So I'll give you love all day.

I used to get 34mpg on my way back and forth to college. Now I get like -21-24ish in my m20b25 but its got some head work and s50injectors
