Very nice man - literally a dream.
What's the B stand for, stamped on the 4 pistons?

Ive been following this on facebook as well, congrats. You deserve it after all that work you went through. That would be funny though, being the old owner and having some kid come to your door one day saying "Hey, so I was deep in the woods at your old property and found the car you left sitting there over a decade ago..."Leave a comment:

great story! now that's a "barn find" (even though it wasn't actually in a barn)
car actually looks really complete/straight for sitting in a field for half a decade.Leave a comment:

Thanks!
I tried my best to write it out as detailed as possible. A lot of people ask me the story behind it and I figured it would be easier to just type it all out at once so anyone could see it instead of half ass explaining it over and over again.Leave a comment:

The paint isn't worth any effort since it's all different. The car was in nan accident at one point which is why the front is different from the rest. To sum up the accident simply, lack of a clutch neutral safety start switch, the previous owners sister ran it into the garage. The front bumper, fenders and hood are all BMW RDOT parts. The rear bumper is also RDOT but he doesn't remember why anymore. There's a small bit of bondo on the rear left quarter but the vins are still intact on the rear trunk pan as well as the doors.
I wish I could too but the cost is too excessive
Pi don't have many parts left, I already sold a lot of it.
Here's what I have left
Cams
Transmission bell housing
Radiator
4 old pistons and connecting rods
Wiring harnesses
A distributor in parts
Front half of the drive shaft
Header with o2 sensor
Full complete oil pan
Power steering pump
A/c compressor
I believe that's it
The head, intake, ITBs and all of that intake related stuff are gone as well as the new pistonsLeave a comment:
