Sorry for the late follow up, but I'll continue my thread about the story. And thanks for reading btw!
Prior to the rear bumper tuck, I was really hesitant just because of the whole compression of the shocks, which absolutely defeat their purpose. It was probably a sign from God that I ignored, but when I was looking up the write ups on how to perform a bumper tuck (which did not involve myself backing up into anything haha), other members have mentioned themselves getting into accidents after or emphasizing the lost when compressed. Knowing they are meant for 5mph or so, I was convinced enough to perform the tuck.
About a month after the tuck, myself and my girlfriend were driving towards Downtown San Jose to meet with my family for lunch. We reached a stop light and I noticed that my rear view mirror became black all of the sudden and right then and there, we got rear ended by a lady who was texting... It didn't fully register to me what just happen, until I looked over and saw my girlfriend in pain. First, I looked over and tended to my girlfriend, to ensure she was okay. After, I was trying to barge my door open, but I wasn't able to get through, so I leaped through the passenger side, over my girlfriend and started yelling at the lady and cussing. I feel bad, but it was at the extreme moment.
Here are some photos of the accident.

After I've calmed down and confirming with my girlfriend that she's okay, aside from being sore around her shoulder and neck, I approached her to deal with the legal issues. NO DRIVER'S LICENSE and NO INSURANCE... She had told me that she was driving to pick up her son and I was under the impression he was a little kid and when he arrived, dude was OLDER than me... To shorten this portion, a COP came and it wasn't to help us, but her. He was the boyfriend. Yes, I did consider suing her, but I really didnt want to go through the hassle and the car value of e30s dont involve street credibility, but blue book which isn't much. The cop assured that he would account for her mistake and pay me $2000, which really was not much of a lost for me, considering I got the car for $1,500. I was a really torn about it, but mainly thankful that myself, my girlfriend and the lady are alive and doing well. So thank you buddy for protecting us, during the accident!
