I like that you do what you want to your car not 'let me spend 10k on my e30 and park it in my garage' trend that everyone seems to be on. That is awesome too lol but I like your car

Anywho, I love your car and how much work/diy you have done to it. I didn't know you finally got some nice wheels dude. Love it
Hahaha, yes! I don't get why people always say that rust is a VW thing. Thanks, it's been a real fun project, and the wheels helped to pull it all together.

I really appreciate this, even though you don't like it you don't feel the need to bash on it. Thanks for being respectful ;)

I know! I kind of want to get a shell to repaint and swap the stuff over, but I'm really attached to this one. Maybe in a few months we'll see how I feel about picking up a new shell ;D

Seriously though, it's a good looking car. I've read through your whole build thread so I know how much work you've put into it; a lot.
Lmao. I finally managed to find a whole rear trim piece in the junkyard with one crack, but not shattered and missing pieces. I put it on the car and on the ride home the driver's side fell of Just my luck

it was a fad in the VW scene about 6 years ago. i know this cause i had to live through it.

needless to say, its not my thing, but its your car, if you like it, that's all that matters.

But then you'll get to be paid to go to Italy and drive M5s and such!

Not my thing, but your car pulls it off well!

What no engine bay shots?!?!?! Nice feature Belina. Glad you ended up with my old wheels and did something with them.

Rust and Rat Rod has been an in/out fad since the 1940's dude. I tuned this car, it's very quick, turns heads and he has been driving/tracking it all over the state. It serves it's purpose and he likes it, that's what matters.
I remember the day there was paint stripper shavings all over the shop floor lol.

When sitting at meets, guess who's car has the crowd around it? Not the 17 e30's in a row with euro trim, iS lips and m50 swaps, everyone is checking this thing out ;)

I witnessed him trying to do a burnout at SoWo, wasn't working too well(I think there were a bunch of people in the car) but good god did it make some good noises.

I wouldn't think a toasted stock clutch behind a turbo m20 would do burn outs very well haha. When we tuned it for 12psi, clutch was slipping pretty good, and it's been a DD since (few months or so).

That was quite a meet. e30gangsta is planning on hosting another like it. Seriously, though, I saw more posts about the rust bucket than the three cars we brought. That was the first drive after the e28 M-tech had all the body panels on, no pics of that, the track car, or the Delphin coupe - unless they happen to be in the background of the OP's car hehe.
