Damn, this guy gets it done right the first time. Nice stuff, looking forward to seeing the "after" pics.
Goodies to be added soon... (no 56k)

Hey do me a favor, on the rear adjustable links. Make reinforcements. Those little tabs have ripped loose on two of my friend's e30's, I can take a pic if you want, but I don't trust that little metal tab the give you. I made my own (thicker with a right angle bend) and welded them in. Oh, and how many rear strts do you have????? j/K
Yours truly,
Rich

Sweet. Good luck with all that. Motivates me for what I have planned for this summer.
I like that leather shift knob with the ///M stripes. I never much liked those knobs with the actual ///M in a non motorsport e30, but that regular striped one can match an Mtech I steering wheel, and is lighted too :). I'm finnicky like that. Anyway, do you have the part number for it?Comment

Thanks for all the comments! I'm taking the next two days off to install everything and I'll post some pictures then. Here are some answers to a few questions:
Springs are coupes - I've read a bunch of forum posts and have found several people who have used coupe springs on verts without issues other than lower ride height - I've collected several sized rear spring pads to try out. Little known fact - BMW makes an OEM 15mm pad - most people only mention the 10mm, but a 15mm exists. Are the H&R's vert or coupe?
Plan on it - everyone seems to agree that these things break too often! A picture would be great if you have one. Thanks.Hey do me a favor, on the rear adjustable links. Make reinforcements.
I'm not a big fan of M badges on non-M cars either, so the M-stripe was nice. Here is a link that has the part #:I like that leather shift knob with the ///M stripes. After two + long days I have everything installed but the reinforcements on the rear sway bar - it is on the car, just not hooked up until I get the tabs welded in. Here are a few shots. I'm very happy with how it turned out. Another thing still to be added is the "IS" front spoiler...soon I hope. I'll post more shots later - have to leave on a business trip for the next 4 days...killing me to have to leave right after the car gets done!!
With bottlecaps:

Kopis added, no centers...I'm not a fan of this look:

Final product!
