    1987 325 - Cirrus Blue - Original - 212K

The sad part of this story is that my father passed away recently. But I've wound up with his original 1987 325 that he's had since day 1. He's's taken very good care of it with my brother. I have service records for everything, and it's essentially all original and unmodified. It's clean, not perfect but quite good. The only issue I can see is some very minor dash cracks since it was a FL car the last 20 years. It's got 212K, but runs well. I also found a picture in his things of me with the car the day we got it back in 1987. How crazy is that.

I'm new to the forum, so here's a go. The door is slightly ajar in one of the front profile pictures, it's not misaligned.

        Sorry to hear about dad.

My son learned to drive stick with our E30. I will drive it until I can't. Then he gets it.

Enjoy the tradition and best of everything to you.

Not only was it your pops but its also fully original. I wouldn't do anything to it other than maintenance and dash. Id keep it all, ride height, bumpers, and even the bcaps. Its looked that way for 27 years, no need to change. Few can say it was my pops and bought it new.

              Thanks everyone...

for the nice words. I guess I just wanted to show of the nice job he did. I hope I can do the same for a good long time. It's got a spot in my garage and I'll do my best.

I am in literally the exact same situation. I'll be making a similar introductory thread shortly. Sorry to hear about your dad, but glad you have something to remember him by.

Sorry to hear about your father. +1 to originality.

Maybe give it a mild lower with h&r's and bilsteins, headlights..but that's all I'd do.

Rock those bcaps and diving boards. all original all the way.
