what is with all of the Gangsta jokes? I really dont understand. I am sorry if in this car you cant sit close to the wheel because not only do my shins hit the knee bar, but seats are super low. I didnt buy this car to drive on a daily basis, so i dont know why everyone is saying this. I drive it like two days a week when there is 0% of rain. So please lay off my back for buying bob's car, and Dave, post in another thread if you are going to bring up a $35 hub.
Whats going to happen in a crash if your shins hit that bar under normal conditions?
Car looks great with those wheels. Don't worry about the haters, they are either jealous or upset that you changed a car that you bought for some reason not easily explained in what constitutes real life. If he didn't change a thing it would look just like Bob's car, and cars are modded by the owner to make it how they like, expression.
This is great. It seems the vortex and r3v are polar opposites.
IMO car looks great, but I personally would like to see the nose come down an inch, 10mm narrower tire up front, and an inch wider lips out back(or at least some spacing). Otherwise it's about perfect.
Stickers are a little pricey, but I still might pony up for one because I'm too burned out after designing all day to do my own/find a place to cut it.
It may not been an issue for you but he says his shins rest on the bar. How can that be safe?
Consider the source TJ...
It's the gangster lean he has going. Think about it, the car has a cage in it. The seatback barely touched the harness bar for me, so in order for him to get the "lean", he has to be moving the seat forward.

I dont know why everyone is saying i have a gangster lean... I was sitting in the seat strapped in tightly. The knee bar is like 6 inches from my shins. And i havent adjusted the seats since i bought the car. So it is the same as when you had it bob.

People tell me I have a real ganster lean because I have to scoot the seat bottom all the way back, which puts me about parallel with the B pillar. But if you're not my height (6'4") there's not much need for that.
