Even though I am hesitant to put 17s on a late model (I think 16s are the biggest I would want), I can get a set of 4 of these for 150-200 and I need new wheels. One of the weaves on my car right now is pretty bent (70+ you can feel it) and I need new tires, so I figured I would throw these on for a bit. I just dont know if they would be terrible for the time being. To see what I think of 17s on my car I will probably talk Criv into letting me put his Kopis on and see what they look sizewise for the stance and look of my car. Then I may move from there. These will not be a permanent wheel, just something for now.

Don't even bother man. Aren't you making decent money pawning off detailing products?

Put that $200 towards a decent looking set of rims. The fact that they are ugly and too big for your tastes makes me wonder why you are even considering them.

Let's drive fast and have fun.

I think they looked good on his car, but it's THE only car I've ever seen that I liked them on. Hold out for something better, Derek. Don't let a good price rope you into buying something you're not sure of.

Ya, in that case. WTB - Wheels for my car. Pref 15" or 16". Something that looks nice and somewhat low cost. :D (I am serious though)

TJ, I do have a good college job at Griot's, but I have bills too. I have thought abut Koseis, but they are in the same boat as these MMs in my book. They look good on a lot of cars, but not my style.

Man, now I am just confused. I will get some pics of my car up and people just need to pshop random wheels on them till I find something I like. Tony, just sell me your euroweaves!

MM sypders do look better in 17's then 16's as the spokes are longer and makes the wheel look less "fat" like so:

              17x7.5

However, the spyders are definitely a wheel that doesn't age well and it's time has passed. I'd find something else.

those rims are ugly. they're also ugly at whatever price they're sold at. even if it's only 150-200 bucks.

Those 5 spoke MM's are hot anyways, but I've never been a fan of the spyders.

I'd rather run steelies than MM spyders.

For some reason though, I can't help but like the blue E30 on the white motorsport-style wheels.
                                . . .
