    318is- Looking good with new seats!

    Christmas break has come to a close and I've gotten a few projects on the e30 wrapped up.

    The seats were reupholstered using Kevin Chin's German vinyl seat kit, pop out windows were installed, and I redid my all red tails after a shopping cart busted one of them.

    I'm quite happy with it right now. Also, in case you're wondering, the car is plastidipped. I know, I know, lol. I did it back in May of 2013. Its holding up quite well but could use some touch ups on the roof.

      Interior looks great! I recently did my drivers seat, its a real pain in the ass

      What suspension are you running?

          It certainly was a pain in the ass! lol

                              car looks good dude, M42 FTW! I really like all the little things the car has such as those cup holders, gauges in the ash tray and the e36 switches. keep up the good work!

                                  The cupholders are nothing fancy. My dad just picked up a spare e-brake console at the junkyard, cut some holes, and slid in these cupholders. Google "recessed boat cup holders". They work pretty well and I can always switch the console back to the original if I want to.

                                          How long did it take to get your seat kit? I've heard some not so great things about Kevin's turn around time.

                                          Is it just thie pics or are the centers of the seats a slightly different shade of tan?

                                                  Its just the lighting in the pictures. It did take a while to get them. The material was on back order from Germany I believe is what he said.
