also that AC install is the most ghetto thing I've ever seen. Shame they did that to an Alpina. Consider sourcing a normal condenser and compressor bracket and running it like a regular M30 would.

Isn"t that a small miracle to do an M30 with AC in the E30?

nah, check out CorvallisBMW's b35 build. He's putting a turbo in it now and intends to keep A/C..

It's just kinda pointless as most m30 swapped cars are done for performance.

the engine is in position 1 with custom alpina radiator fitting inside the radiator core support. i think it would be a tough sale to get a condenser and fan in between the radiator and the grille. not saying it can't be done, just saying that with the configuration at hand, there probably isn't room with stock parts.

Position 1 with the Alpina Radiator that sits inside the front mask you will need a very slim condensor to fit it up front, hence the ghetto job done here. I had an M30 in position 1 with AC, pump is not an issue as standard M20 will fit I believe but I have side mounted condensors.

I would just take all that weight out to make the car more fun, but I may be biased since we only need ac for one week up here...
