    my $250 e30

Hey guys, not very into the BMW community, I have built many Volkswagens, and when a friend of mine was sending this e30 to the junk yard I had to save it. He sold it to me for what they were going to give him, it had sat in a field for 3 years before hand, and was told it didnt run, engine needed to be rebuilt and needed a some other things. Body was pretty straight or so I had thought. Interior wasnt to bad being as the window had been cracked open for 3 years sitting outside. No mold, pretty sun faded, cracked dash, door cards were a little weathered. I got it towed home and got to work. Put a battery in it, gave it a bath, put some gas in it, and it fired right up. Drove it around for a bit, did a full tune up on it, and have been daily driving it since. I picked it up to daily while I finish my other project (2003 vw gti, fully shaved bay, rhd swap, fully built stoker motor, full respray, and a few other goodies) but it has been my daily project since. First thing was getting it running, then drop it a little, paint it, get some wheels and I was going to be done. Ended up getting it running, lowering it, painting it, putting air ride on it, getting wheels, picking up a full m50 swap for it (still sitting in the garage waiting to be put in, and a few other things. Ill let the pictures show where it was and where it is now. Enjoy!

    euro bumpers
    finish body work
    side skirts
    new dash
new paint (keeping it mint green but doing it at the shop this time with automotive paint)
and a few other small things

        goawwwwdamn.
        i like.
more info on the bag set up and cost?

also i wouldnt say that m50 is mildly built if the e36 it was pulled from was running under 13's.
unless he cut about 1,300 lbs out of the e36 somewhere lol.

sounds like a damn good engine to me.

Paint it an OEM color and lose the sidewayz stickerz, and I'd say you have done some nice work man.

dam this car is LOW!!! not a big fan of the color but i can respect your build. nice ruckus btw!! ive been wanting one for a while but never took the leap into it. do a plastic bumper conversion with the same color and itll look better than it does now.. keep going.
