    2.2 liters of furry

I was outside with the camera and decided why not snap some pics of the other ride. It's a 91 Mazda 626dx 4cylinder 12 valve, 2.2 liters, 27mpg city driving

          It actually is :pimp:

All the gas cans are from my 528e, I had to drain the tank, so instead of just dumping it on the ground I purchased a bunch of cans and drained the gas into them, then I've been slowly dumping them into the lawnmower.

Very familiar sight. My girl bought an 89 626 for $400 and it runs!!! Well at least it did for 6 months before the headgasket blew at 231K miles. I can't believe they had a turbo version.

The underhood shot suggests that crafty young Ely has modded this to run on twigs and leaves as an alternative fuel source.

yep, those were some nice rements of it sitting under a tree for the last 2 months, The radiator went out shortly after I got it so I just parked it. The other day I figured why not get it running, so $120 latter it was back on the road, I'd completly forgot it had working AC also. Untill I get my new tires mounted, and the AC working on the e30 I'll be rocking the mazda for a while.

nice, this one has 209000 on it, runs pretty dang good, I think it needs some new plugs. I've had the car since thanksgiving I used it at first for just hualing stuff, but then when the radiator went it got parked.

My grandpa has one one those 626s. Same model. It has 250k on the original motor and is still running strong.

Is the e28 a runner or is it a parts car?
