I like the euro plate. New suspension would be nice as well, but I'd fix that front valance before lowering.

Fix/replace the valance and you'll have what looks like a pretty good condition ix, 2dr 5spd is a huge bonus too. I would advise against the euro plate depending on where you live. Trying to look different from the 100million other cars on the road just isn't worth it if you're constantly getting pulled over for fix-it tickets.

definatley look into dropping it if you can, it can be done, but an ix dosent like to be dropped, shit starts to break.
