nice car! def. fix the valance, but otherwise it doesn't look like you have much to do.
Originally posted by Hatchmandefinatley look into dropping it if you can, it can be done, but an ix dosent like to be dropped, shit starts to break.
Originally posted by vladfrom as far as I can remember, the ix doesn't take lowering easy... you will be replacing the front axle drive boots every 2-3 month if you lower the car, at least I was with my 2 previous ix when I lowered them...Comment

man, shut the hell up if you don't have a clue, please?
~3 years 45,000 miles, tons of autox and I've never once ripped a boot. wtf were you doing to your car?
Do you reckon I can hit the valence back into place w a rubber mallet or something? lol, i dont feel like paying a body shop...
Does the is lip cover the afflicted area?1991 325ix <<sold

I don't think that would work, in fact I'm not sure it's even worth trying to repair it. replacing it with a good used one and having it painted would probably be cheaper/easier. the is lip connects to the bottom of the valance, but you wouldn't even be able to mount it because it's so mangled on the drivers side.Comment

Glossy red paint, 2 door, 5 speed... that is one awesome iX.
Don't bother trying to fix the valance, its nearly impossible to bend/fix, and they are cheap to replace.
When it comes to iX's, listen to nando, he knows his shit.Comment
