couple of pics of the e30s I owned.. black/cardinal '87is and Silver 89is(S52 swapped)

Cool! The molded flares/bumper/valence definitely look interesting. How was the ride from VA?

edit- I just noticed the side mirrors!

The car ran strong..little loud in the cabin, but other then that it was an easy 14hr drive..I don't like the side mirrors, I'm looking for a set of stock chrome ones

Sweet jesus I hope the first thing you did was swap that god awful steering wheel! I wouldn't have been able to look at that for 14 hours.. New one looks awesome though and the car has great potential!

Your e30's were gorgeous, especially the silver 89. Do you have any e30's left?
Nice 02, looks equally clean. So much better on the Alpinas.
          Its got thunder thighs!

That's a great little car. So many creature comforts and the flares allow you to run all the cool e21 offset wheels like the Alpinas or wide 13" Borrani/Alpina wheels. Build it well.

Make sure you get the trapezoidal ones, the 'flags' are not correct for your year.

tak7, thanks, and no more e30s left. I agree with you on the Alpinas, that was the first thing I changed when I got the car home.

Hermes, I thought the trapezodial mirrors weren't the correct ones? am I wrong?

I'll check again and get back to you but I'm pretty sure flags are early and trapezoidal are late. Personally I have neither, I'm using an Albrecht (period aftermarket) on my '69

trap mirrors are early (up to73) while flag mirrors are late (74-76).

                          Ask me how I know.

I'm loving that E46 you've got there. Got any pics of her?

And THANK YOU for taking all those M badges off. It's always bothered me when people put those on a non-M.
