    Thanks guys.

I'm fighting it so far. Insurance companies are almost as inefficient as governments.

My god I hate insurance companies. Scum scum scum of the earth....

So after jumping through all their hoops and sending them 20 comparable E30's they disregarded every last one and are sticking to their value. Dude is real condescending too. Time to get my battle gear on.

Apparently SOLD auctions are not valid for comparable sales figures. And "for-sale" listings are meaningless.

So, does anyone have any 1990 or 1991 E30's - not convertible - I can use as sold comparables? :)

hire a professional appraiser. it will be well worth the money, and they won't be able to easily argue with one.

Will they pay attention to NADA values?

              Sorry to see this man.

No real surprise about the insurance company. Good luck with the battle. I would absolutely hire an appraiser.

I doubt it. What's weird is that the comparable sales they used in their report are advertised FOR SALE listings. I only just received a copy of the evaluation report today. For some reason I cannot submit the same exact thing for review?

This whole deal is not passing my sniff test.

I am thinking about it. Otherwise I'm left holding the bag of poop.
