I haven't but if I remember the 318is is a ~80-100 lighter than the M3 w/m42? Both are 4cl so..but i'd have to look it up..lower production #s too but hey, who's counting!

You will break your lip long before the splitter. Mine had to be run over multiple times .

Agreed, I've had it as long as I've had the car for 4 over yrs and it has done its job quite well. The parts that are fragile are the very corners where there isn't a lot of material to screw into so that part will potentially chip away.
