My mistake.. I must have misunderstood.. It was exported to Netherlands not USA.

I am seeing if I can get ahold of the US Census Bureau data to show imports. It's public information but has a cost associated with it and I know a few people in the industry who may have it. I don't know if there is a database field that is used to keep track of VINs of imports but it will be interesting to see what I can dig up.

That one on the LA Craigslist has been on and off eBay for several months. Had it bookmarked for a while. The whole import story seems shady.

Congrats to the OP for getting one - the little sections of each photo I could view on my screen looked good. Should be fun when you get it back home and take it to bigger E30 gatherings.
