Is this the other sedan you were referring to?The other coupe in a horrible shape, but it is still a 320is nonetheless.
The other sedan haven't been spotted online, but it is most likely a recent import.

My mistake.. I must have misunderstood.. It was exported to Netherlands not USA.
I am seeing if I can get ahold of the US Census Bureau data to show imports. It's public information but has a cost associated with it and I know a few people in the industry who may have it. I don't know if there is a database field that is used to keep track of VINs of imports but it will be interesting to see what I can dig up.Comment

That one on the LA Craigslist has been on and off eBay for several months. Had it bookmarked for a while. The whole import story seems shady.
