Update on the car,
Did a valve adjustment, timing belt, power steering belt, water pump, thermostat, some new hoses, cleaned radiator and flushed coolant and oil with new oil filter. Also resprayed the battery cable cover in the trunk and the trunk panel that hugs the back seats.
However now my idle had gone to crap. I'm guessing that when it dips in idle it tries to kick the revs up and it repeats this process till it stalls.
I tried messing with the idle position sensor (I think that's the name) with a flat head. I got it to idle fairly steady at 900 rpm but that's a little high for an eta. Open for suggestions on how to proceed.

Cleaned the wheels today. The chrome bottle caps look really clean with the paint color.

Bought trim paint and resprayed mirrors and the vents above the hood. 3 coats each.

It comes out really even it just seems a little light in color tho.

Update: bought a duel exhaust but it's covered In surface rust. So I'm grinding it down and repainting it black. I'm goin to buy a new muffler and exhaust tips.

Already did part of the exhaust and painted it with heat resistant paint.

There is a water drainage hole in the battery area. Make sure you have drainage. I would have done a rubberized coating after painting.
