That's a hot looking car. I have an '88 cabrio and have thought about a lot of the same mods you did. Kick ass!

My only suggestion is maybe the addiition of an IS spoiler to go with your air dam--I think that'd look good. Where'd you get your wheels?

I like it! Nice car and nice mods. What's the deal in Ohio, could you lose the front plate? I think your car would look better with a front plate filler.

Front plates are required in Ohio, but I just scored a plate filler off of this forum last week - it is on its way to me right now. Plate filler for diving boards seem to be very hard to find, so I'm looking forward to getting it. I'll use it in photo shoots, and may just risk driving without a front plate.

Thanks! An "is" spoiler is in the plan, along with a lower valance under the rear bumper. I got the wheels from here:

Looks great. Get sideskirts when you get a rear valance so it all flows around the car.

What kind of rear valance are you getting?

I already have it, something I bought off eBay for cheap. It is fiberglass and resembles the old Zender 3 part valance - I think it was made by Kamani or something spelled like that...

It was damaged on the ends and will need some TLC to get it fixed up - but a test fit shows it has the look I want. Not too deep like the Racing Dynamics valance. Should look okay without side skirts as the 'verts have deeper sides anyway.

The red cabby with Kopis and the IS rear spoiler, right? Very nice car yourself!

...you know you've spent way too much time on the forums when you can recall in a minute what car a total stranger in a different country drives based solely off of his user id! ;) :) :D

Very nice work you've done....did you prime the window trim before spraying the SEM trim paint? I primed a b pillar than paintd and the trim paint came out looking clowdy and gray. I know the SEM is recommended to be used without primer. Is this what you did? Thanks

I removed the trim, sanded it lightly - then primed with SEM self-etch primer. I then used SEM Black Trim Paint with about 10-15 very light coats. Came out fine - black with no gray or cloudy look. Been on for a few months with no problems. I'm very happy with it.
