    e30 330i m54b30 build

    Hi Everyone,

I bought my e30 2 years ago, in a good condition, but anyway there were some problems that should be resolved.

    At the beginning:
    Engine m50b20.
540i brake booster, remained after m60b40, that was installed 8 years ago
    e30 320i brakes
torn e30 leather seats with heating
no body kit, only holes left after mtech2
    Kerscher Carmona wheels r16 7.5/9j
    All other was OEM

    Now:
    Tube front end.
    m54b30 waiting for installation
    FKAutomotive front seats
    schroth belts
    vdo gauges with hartge panel
    csl ducktail - custom
hartge bodykit - waiting for installation
    m3 dtm exhaust muffler
    Schmiedmann exhaust manifold
    Silicon hoses
    Performance e36 m3 aluminium radiator

At the moment the vehicle is on paint of engine bay. Next week gonna install m54b30.

    Some photos:

Nice Fab work going on there.

Just wondering - are you planning to turbo the M54?

Seems a lot of work for a stock one. The e30 chassis will hold up to M54 power levels just fine - many of us here are running M30B35s with similar power and torque (and more weight) without any issues.

It is not the last engine that will be here. Don't think that I will turbo m54, as this engine is not very good for that, it is more simple and cheaper to create m50 turbo or swap 2jz, 1jz. rb25det

                New wheels for summer.
                BBS rc090 r17 8/9j 5x120.

Also still looking for some parts for 5x120 conversion.
                Already have spindles and lca's from e36 m3 96+.
