the lip is only sagins some on the sides b/c I have never put screws through the side mounts. The front where it is bolted on is not sagging at all.

E30 Wagen I haven't done that b/c I like the look of it right now, maybe later. Also I think I would have to do some modding to make it more stiff if I cut all that out.

So fine, a FMIC can fit w the late model if you say so Matt. I like the cowcatcher look. and it will look even better when I paint it, put in the brake ducts and put the hoses for the FMIC on.
