NEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Haven't given you guys an update in a while so:
MS-II installed:

Think I'm going to fab up a cover to hide the nastiness.
I chickened out on the sand color so I went with my second choice, here is a photochop of what I was going for:

I think it came out pretty close:
Still needs to be wet sanded and buff but for a $100 paint job it looks great:
The front fender that is on there was my test panel and i still need to black out all the trim and paint the trunk and hood to match the roof.

I'm sure by now you have noticed that dash. The dash in the car was cracked to hell so I decided to recover it until I can find a minty new one. Came out really well, very few ripples. $6 bucks worth of fabric and a can of 3M spray adhesive.

If you're wondering why I painted the car myself and did that to the dash there is a method to my madness. I have found a considerable amount rust all over the car. Trunk, floor board, wheel wells, etc. All has been removed, panels welded in, and POR-15'd. But for the money I'm putting into the motor I figure after its all up and running I'll buy a perfect shell and swap it all out.
So just have fun with this one. I did only pay $400 bucks.
