One of my buddies actually ordered it for my when he made a Pelican Parts order. They have two style's, a silver and black tip, I went with the black one. Before ordering one I highly recommend opening your antenna up and making sure the rubber belt that drives the antenna up isn't broken, and ohming out your motor to make sure its not burnt out (and even that sometimes isn't enough as I found out with the fuel pump on this car).

Thanks guys! Ton of work but it's paying slowly paying off. All the gears shift smoothly, clutch grabs perfectly, driveshaft doesn't seem to have any issues. I still need to order a new zip-in rear window so I can actually see out when the tops up.. Always a gamble buying a non running car, this one seem's to be turning out to be a good buy.

Well today I went ahead and pulled the interior, again, and dyed all the seats. I was hesitant on redyeing them but they actually came out really good, should have just done it when I had them out of the car last week.

I also noticed after putting all the interior back in last week that the drivers seat would give me issues adjusting the back rest. After taking the seat about halfway apart, I found out the problem was lied with the outer hinge. After greasing it up with no success, I went threw a couple parts box's and luckily for me I found exactly what I needed! Thanks Simon for that spare seat you gave me last year :D I also noticed the release cable was about to snap, again thanks for that spare parts seat, really came in handy this time around.

Besides interior work I replaced the TPS, but sadly dropped one of those tinny screws that holds it in place and couldn't find it for the life of me. Work didn't have any in stock, figured $3 and some change for a little screw wouldn't have even been worth it so I'll need to grab another at the junkyard next time I go.

Guess it looks a little better then before, hopefully I'll fine a replacement bolster at some point

Wheels are mounted! I had issues with the tire shop selecting a tire size, so I ended up just buying the tires from them and going somewhere else.. To my work and had them mounted. I think its the perfect tire size, will look great once the car is lowered.

I haven't been doing much to the car lately, but I did swap out the TPS (tested bad when you Ohm'd it out at full throttle) and also replaced the coolant temp sensor hoping it would fix my idle issue but it didn't. The good news? Well I did a stomp test and it concluded there was a issue with my O2 sensor.. Low and behold, theirs a ton of corrosion in the connector/ pins along with water dripping out. I ended up buying a new Bosch sensor, hopefully a new O2 and clean pins will fix this issue.

And I also treated myself.. I bought a e46 touring. I've always wanted a touring, especially a e30, but I went with the next best thing (to me anyways) and settled with a e46. It's hard to find these priced right! You can pick up normal sedans and two doors for $3k in my area, but wagons.. Minimum $5k asking price. I ended up stealing this one for half that.

Nice work! Kinda scary that you went after a e46 toruing, as I have similar tastes! e30 vert and e46 touring

Man I looked so long for a red touring! Looked for months but finally settled with my color.

If it didn't have the sport package I wouldn't have bought it.

                      Sport Wagons ftw!

I basically turned mine into a pseudo-m3. Supercharged, pss10s, and lots of m3 parts, makes for a fun car!!

Kinda a sad day last Saturday, the cars gone! A tech at work had been checking Craigslist frequently for a e30 and got to talking with me because I tend to drive my 87' coupe to work daily and he always saw me in it. I mentioned to him that I had a second e30 I've been doing some work to, and he wanted to just give it a quick peep since I live so close to our work. Well we ended up settling on a price and he towed it away. Yes I know your not supposed to tow rear wheel drive cars like this, but he lives 5 miles from my house.

We'll see what he does with it, I told him to make an account on here and continue the build. He plans on purchasing some Ground Control coilovers for it according to him. I drove the car by the lady's house right before selling it to him to just show her it's on the road once again for the first time in 9 years, but sadly she wasn't home. The neighbor however noticed the car out front and knew exactly what car it was, was shocked at how it cleaned up!

Towing RWD cars like that is fine as long as it's in neutral.

I guess you still have the mtech2 to take the cutie at work out in!
