Sooo this just happened, i made custom hartges , specs are :
4x100 ,17x8 and 17x9,5 ,et specs for perfect fit :)

So what'd you do? Take stock 1piece 14" wheel and lathe the barrel and lip of from it, drill a bunch of holes, and then put 3 piece barrel and lip on?

Thought about doing this but was going to be too costly. Was going to buy a set of 16 X 8 square set for $2,400 and to upsize would have been another $2K for all new lips and barrels. Not in the budget right now.

Do you have any pics of the centers without lips? Because it looks like there isn't much material to make proper mounting surface for the lips. For example if I look this picture, there is finger where your mounting surface should be.
