            Looks like 3 piece acs's with a huuuge lip as has been said. they are 5 lug in the pic, dont think they did 4 lug multipiece

                look like some ACS wheels to me, hard to tell though. Usually the spokes are fatter on their 3 pc wheels with such low offset. Could be replicas like RH. ACS only made single piece rims for standard E30's and 3 pc were available for the E30 M3.
