    Too much?

    I apologize in advance if this is too much, just couldn't help myself, due to my partial Italian blood. (other half German) Sometimes I go too flashy, and the badge on the intake may be tipping the line.

    My other question is how (or should I) get rid of the old grease around the strut towers. Seems to be dried up cosmoline? Not sure.

                  Better idea:

                  Take off the intake manifold and the valve cover, paint, and then sand down where the grooves and stamped in BMW roundel sits. Much more tasteful.

                      Do what he said. A nice powdercoat or even rattle can job can go a long way to improve the engine bay.

                                                          I can't see putting M anything on a non-M. That seems to be the biggest faux pas of all. Like sticking the turbo badge on a non-turbo ricer.
