Ive thought about this and since I already have studs, it would be really easy to do.

With my GC Koni setup, I still have several inches of positive height, before I've maxed out the damper length. My car is not slammed either, it's similar in height to the BMW literature pictures of Mtech II cars.

Regardless, sorry for hijacking this thread with talks about suspension.
Anyone who wants correct suspension geometry. Mine is topped out and its too low. (Turner J stock setup with externally adjustable Koni Sports.) You can't have " several inches of positive height, before I've maxed out the damper length" There aren't several inches to spare. A Bilstein is 7 inches from the shock body to the flat for the strut mount fully extended. Fully compressed its 3 inches giving a total of 4 inches of travel. (Koni sports have less) It you walk those spring collars down, you are removing travel, so if you have "several inches of positive height" that means you only have about 2 inches of useable travel. Possibly less due to suspension sag with everything on the ground. That doesn't sound like a hot setup at all.

holy moly, that must've been a harrowing week.

Ride height looks even better to me too. Sounds like you're liking the set up! Psyched to see what you ordered...

I like the vogtland coilovers more. The stance is more practical. Rear wheel tuck is weird.

Yep, new owner here. Car's doing just fine. Dunno if i want to put in the effort of a thread for my boring daily...

Things i've done in the last month:
                      Oil change (kinda sparkly...)
Valve adjustment (still noisy AF, probably just time for a fresh head)
                      New PCV hose
New front pads/rotors, resurfaced rear rotors, new fluid
All 4 brake lines, as one was damaged
Replaced and rekeyd trunk lock with central locking mechanism (trunk didnt work with central locking prior)
New side mirror switch, so those work now
                      New pass window motor
Pressure washed engine bay and underside (grosssssssssssss)
Built reverse switch wire for reverse lights

Plan is to do power steering soon (leaking bad), and then trans output shaft seal (leaking) along with all the rear bushings soon, as they clunk pretty bad.
Also waiting for a set of front strut housings from 2mAn to replace the non-abs, cracked housings currently on the car. Basic stuff.

Overall the car's been great and I'm happy to be in an e30 again. Too bad I'm also BMW-disabled and can't stop thinking of swaps for it...

Excellent work! I should have the strut housings and the other steering rack for you by this weekend hopefully.

                        Glad it’s treating you right!

It a great color for a daily driver.

This car was a great pickup for me, and Im sure Julien (dasmanshaft) is going to enjoy it, especially as he does the changes to make it his. And if he doesnt there isnt anything bad about the car.

I gotta say, sitting in traffic, blowing cold AC in your 80s car feels pretty badass.
