    turbo and friends new 318i

I posted about a week back about my friend who was looking at the mint 318i. He ended up buying it so here are some pictures. Its a 1984 318i, hennarot with 74,000 miles. Its mint, interior is mint and as you can see so is the outside. He has all the reciepts from 1983 when it was purchased for $17,000. After today im having second thoughts on selling my turbo, it is too fun to drive:p

Putting an S50 in that 318 would destroy that car, it has been kept pristine and clear for all these years and you want to tear into it? No, you leave and love that car.

It is a beautiful 318. It's also under 2400 pounds.

            Chain-drive 24v please!

I wouldnt do anything to that car that cant be undone- not paint, motorswaps, exhaust hackjobs, none of it.

if anything just get some nice 15" basketweaves and a lowering kit

have you ever drove a 318? they are slower then death. Do a 24v and he'll be set with a sleeper.

Cars look great, they both look like 4x4's though.

23 years old car in that shape... I think I should not be modified in any way... I'm getting old...

Maybe a slam and old style 15"' rims.

                  God I hate diving boards.

Henna is a perfect colour to tell how car is maintained, not much of abuse and it will turn to flat orange. That one looks realy shiny.

EDIT: Those might be original "deco set" pinstripes. Tell me if you know.
