Where did you get that dead pedal & who built that awesome MAF housing that bolts up to the stock airbox? I love it!

dead pedal is genuine Alpina part, i ordered it via Schmiedmann.com
the MAF housing is off a budy, not sure who made it or how

I've got matching black anodized pedal covers coming soon, as well as the read RD strut tower brace, an Alipne head unit and a full Supersprint stainless exhaust including headers coming, should have more pics and updates to post soon, today spent time working on the 996, did a suspension overhaul, needed new front upper mounts and strut bearings, and a general cleaning and lube, few minor broken parts to replace, winters are rough on coil overs.

I want to follow this thread as it seems like you are doing good work, but the photos are very large and none of my browsers scale them. :(

Regardless of the photos, keep up the good work!

                      also decided to upgrade stereo

speakers will be next, the head unit has highlited the shortcomings in the stock 30 year old speakers

Finally got some time for a few more projects

                            First up was interior shampoo:

Then decided it was time to replace those 30 year old speakers, also wired them up direct from the head unit, no need to use tired factory amp:

and finally, got rid of the stock sealed beams, installed the Bosch euro ellipsoids, including all new wiring, connector caps, headlight adjusters and bushings, she winks now:

a little taste of whats next:

Suspension install happened over the weekend, tried and tested (and very familiar) Bilstein sport shocks/struts and H&R super sport springs, along with new hardware, Ground control camber plates, M3 offset poly lollipops, she has a nicer stance and an even nicer composure while driving now.

                              Before pic:

                              After install pic:

                              action pics:

here she is with her brother:
