My souce doesn't hit the DCS database - it will pull up a euro car. Last 7 is all I need if you are interested...

I'll probably keep them so when & if I sell the car I can reinstall the factory units and transfer the smilies over to the M3. ;-)

It certainly has made me feel better about some of the buyers remorse that I initially had.

That´s a very nice looking car you have there.

It´s not often I see another non-cat 325i. Probably only seen a handful.
They are somewhat rare, even over here (Germany excluded...:p).

I´ll be lucky if mine will look anything remotely as good as yours, when it finally gets put back together. Though I wouldn´t hold my breath till then..

In 1984, I worked in Santa Monica. I remeber clearly when the E30 came out. I was 21. I was bringing home $1K a week installing stereos in Ferarri, MBZ, high-end store right on the beach in Santa Monica. I remember thinking "all of these wanna-be yuppies in their cheap BMW's make me sick". Then I saw my first "gray market" E30.

Could have been your car. Same bumpers. Same Ronals (15's were the shit!) Same Aero setup (IIRC). Same color. I don't remember the interior...but your cars' clone. Somewhere in about summer of 1985.

That car totally changed my perspective on the 3 series. I thought it hot then, yours is hot now. Like someone said, your car is destined to be a real classic. Treat it well.

                          Great catch, man!

About 7 months later I bought a new 944. Red over black...serious waffleswaffleswaffleswaffleswaffles magnet.

About a year and a half later I got a bitch pregnant...haven't had any money since.
