    bye bye sealed beams!

my camera sucks ass so they look a little wierd.. but IRL the car looks a ton better! plus I should be able to see where i'm going now :P

haven't had a chance to test them in the dark yet, as I just put them in this morning. I did the relay trick to get both the highs and lows at the same time, but I haven't wired in my city lights yet (I can't seem to find my spool of wire). I'm just running 55w H1s until Greg can get me a set of Silverstars.

BTW, these lights kinda suck - the lighting is probably no different, but the plastics used are really cheap and brittle. When I was putting on the 3M protective film this morning I noticed two of the adjuster screws had broken clips! Luckily I have an extra set (the one I'm working on smoking). The adjustments are also really stiff, I can't even turn them with my fingers. But they look great, should light the road nicely and they were cheap. If I had to do it again, I might go with a set of used clears, but these will do for now.

btw the wierd blue tint in the ellipsoid doesn't exist IRL. that's just my lame ass camera :P

it didn't help that the sky was really hazy, it was bright outside but the light was extremely diffuse.

We all know you put some ricer blue bulbs in them, don't try to hide it. ;)

I have the Depos as well and one of my adjusters on the left high beam is broken, so it aims towards the right all the time. :?

Depo is some poor build quailty reproduction brand. They make reproductions of lots of headlights.

The Depo reproductions for the e30 (Euro Smily's) are garbage.

People keep on buying them tho...
