    Hood rich FTMFW !!11!!

Yeah I figured if that LSB 318 can roll with the HRE's then I can do the same .
Hell one wheel cost about the same as what I paid for that bomb . :D

As far as the dying and no start went , it turned out to be a jacked up/rigged up positive cable that goes from the battery to the firewall junction .
It was the little one that gives power to the 3 relays .
Of course i swapped all of the relays one by one and all at once while troubleshooting it .
But I never had a test light with me on the side of the road .

Oh well its actually better now than it has been in a long time .

Well i've had a bit of an adventurous few days with the little beater .

The little beast left me stranded on the north side of town for several hours on saturday afternoon .
Fiddled with it a bit but eventually it just cranked up by itself after sitting for a while .

So lost my plans for Saturday afternoon and most of the night .

Then comes Sunday and I figure I would take the oppurtunity to inspect what I thought was a faulty pump or at least something keeping the pump from working .
Was also gonna get around to throwing some springs and shocks on it .

After an hour or two of messing aroundwith it I get a call from a chick and decide to break for lunch and go meet her .
Jump in the little beater and as soon as I get on the Freeway it stalls out on me , I pop the clutch once or twice but its not gonna even think about running at this point .

So I leave the little beater on the side of the freeway and have the chick come pick me up .
After lunch and some extra curricular activities I figured the beater would surely start up like it had the previous afternoon .
    No such luck .

I proceeded to run back and forth from grabbing parts from my other cars to trying to roadside diagnose and repair the little beater .
This went on until 3am on Monday morning .

Yes I got it repaired but I lost the whole day again and lost major sleep that was needed to start the week off with .

Well that was the bad , all is well now and here is just a slice of the good :

More to come in a day or so .

Nice find, I'm tempted to get rid of the Cabrio and pick up something that needs some work like that.

You know I first thought that it had an LSD in it ...it would even leave 2 black straks in the shop .

But after I got it on the rack last night I discovered that it actually just has the lame-o open diff .
No biggie , I will be slapping in the bigger case 4.10LSD that I have laying around taking up floor space . :D

Hey have you tried those lever type pliers that grip harder the more you pull on them ?
That might be a crappy description , let me see if I can dig up a pic .

    Like these :

Looks like craftsman call theirs the "clench wrench" .
