    An '89 model is also a non-airbag car. Thats definitely a huge plus!

    Who wants an airbag from an almost 20 y/o car hitting your face if you get into a front end collusion?

        i guess you dont understand my point.

        you can get all your parts that you want from any run of the mill e30. you dont need to butcher up an 89is to do it. and yes, what you are doing is butchering up an 89is, imho. that is my point.


        but like i said - you do what you want.

          ^I can understand how you feel that way, but you've got to keep it realistic. When it comes down to it, an e30 is an e30. You can't really butcher it.
