        I also have a shell I'm cutting up, and want to do this. I was thinking or recycling the tongue and triangular sections from an old boat trailer but perhaps it makes more sense to do it all from scratch. What size/type of steel did you use?

          To be honest with you I don't remember the details on what was used since it's been over 5.5 years. Everything was sourced from a metal supply company locally and it's all very beefy.

          You should just buy mine. ;)
