Thanks to everyone for all of the compliments-they are greatly appreciated. Alecs Macdonald and I were talking about this yesterday-I wish I still had pictures from September 2005 when I found this car on ebay. The car wasn't in bad shape, but had some ghetto fabulous 18" chrome wheels installed, the clearcoat was fading/peeling on the rear bumper, spoiler, and trunklid-as well as faded paint on the sideskirts and front bumper. And as with any used car, there were a lot of those little things that needed attention.

When RCWells first saw it in person, I think he thought I had made a huge mistake in buying it. But now, I think even he would agree that sometimes, you CAN polish a turd!

Beautiful rims! Good choice. Did you have to pay out the butt for them?

Is your car at stock ride height? It would look a lot meaner sitting low with some EVO body parts.

          Thanks TJ!

Well, they weren't exactly cheap-but I got the 'best friend' discount from Bobby, so they weren't that bad. But they are worth every penny.

In those pictures, the car still hasn't fully settled from jacking up the car the night before. I have H&R race springs with Bilstein sports, and the front will come down a bit more once it settles.

True, it might look meaner-but at the moment this car is being driven daily. As such, I need as much suspension travel as possible-plus I am not a fan of the 'dropped' look.

I gotcha. Your car has the super clean, OEM+ look anyways, it looks beautiful!

I just don't think an E30 M3 gets much more perfect looking than that.

Awesome choice, I wish I could have jumped on those wheels but the timing just wasn't right.

You must give me your feedback on the miller maf kit. I'm about to order one myself.

As mentioned in a previous post, the suspension had not fully settled in these pictures. It will (and has) come down slightly.
