Weird combination of options... Power sunroof, but crank windows? I've only seen it the other way around... Nice looking car though.

That's what I thought. Always seen it the other way around.

What is the standard headliner in U.S. E30s? This one is black/grey, not sure if that's a Euro thing or not, but it's different than my E34, that's for sure.

Thanks for the compliments guys, it's mechanically a piece of shit because it's been sitting so long. It'll get a restore more or less when I get to it, probably an S50 as well. Those are the long-term plans. It'll never be sold.

Only M3's and 318is' came with black headliners in the US.

                  Ahh, cool, thanks.

Didn't know what else was Euro in my car. Well, the econometer is in liters/km, but...

Pics were taken just outside of Livingston, MT. SW Montana, about an 30 miles SW of Bozeman.

There was still snow a mile up the road, so had to turn back. Nevermind it was 60 degrees out.

the headliner is the same color as any E30. your C pillar in the pic is the same(white color as all of them). here in germany, M3, 318is, and the M tech I and II cars only had the full black headliner. the front black part with ther check control only came on the 6 cyl. cars here-99%

Here in Germany, you could option out the cars any way you wanted pretty much. I have seen a few cars here with power sunroof, but manual windows. the oddity in the whole thing is the A/C. very few cars had that here, and most of them were fully loaded.

How did you grandmother end up buying a greymarket car new anyway?

Cool! I had a uncle that lived in Vaughn - I also spent a lot of time in great falls, Bozeman, and other areas.
