    My Bronzit beater

Finally got some very crappy random pics of my car, its dirty and the photos speak for my photography skills..hahaha.

I have had the car for a while now alittle over 6mo. My goals for this car is to build it from the ground up. Its no track car mainly a toy with performance in mind but I have learned from past projects to build it right the first time.

Here's what I have done so far:

All the normal maint. has been preformed. belts, plugs, seals, valve adj, blah blah trans fluid, diff fluid... radiator, hoses. you get the point!

    ..................................ENGINE.......... ............
    8mm plug wires
Aem dry flow hot air intake

    .................................DRIVETRAIN....... ........
    4.10lsd
    5 speed swap
    JB racing 8lb flywheel
New stock clutch (upgrading once I burn this one out)

    ..............................SUSPENSION.......... ...........
    IE stage 3 race springs
    IE urethane trailing arm bushings
    IE subframe bushings
    IE urethane motor mounts
    IE urethane tranny mounts
    IE billet rear shock mounts
    ST sways with adjustable endlinks
    Bilstein sports all the way
    THR cabs
    New Control arms
    New tierod assem.

    ..........................BRAKES.................. .......
blueapplesoda SS brake lines (BTW they are awsome!!)

Stuff I have collecting dust and soon to be installed:

    Complete black interior mint condition
    gray carpet
    crack free dash

    Yet to buy..
    Poor man BBK.
    HP pads
    Wheels- haven't picked any yet
    MegaSquirt
    Sparco strut bar

I should be able to install my low boost turbo setup...umm..soon..here is what I have so far:
    New Holset H1C
    524td mani
    38mm wastegate
    24lb injectors
    rrfpr
Custom SS 3" downpipe and exhaust (need to fab)
    elec. cutout
    Smc alcohol injection kit

The e30 shares the driveway with my 99 Mroadster that is not worthy of pics at the moment due to a new top being installed, then RE dual mount diff cover and RF subframe reinforcement kit. pics of this later...of course the e30 with get the finned diff cover from the M..

    On to the horrid pics.

you can see the prev owner used a forklift to pick up the front of the car...dumbass gosh!

I will take some better pics once I do a few more things like clean the car. I need to get a better camera and read up on pic taking tips.

Throw a new valence on the front end and I think you'd be hard pressed to call it a beater. Looks like you've been doing everything right so far - nice car!

Doesn't look too "beater-ish" haha. Like said above, a front valence could really help it out. Plans seem really good, so keep up the good work.

Once I buy a few more things it will prob end up around $1500.00 give or take, as of now I am around 800. I am going to squeeze as much power out as I can safely with this setup I will deff see its limits.

I really don't give two craps if the motor blows because I have a spare m20 sitting here and I am working on a picking up a m50/s50/s52 (right now I got a ok deal on a m50 I might get). I had an m50 but the junk yard decided they couldn't move a few cars so I could get it out of the yard this was after two weeks of rushing from work @ 4:30 since they closed at 5:00 I only got to work on the car for 20mins each day. Talk about piss me off!!! It would have been the best $350 bux I have spent! They ended up smashing the car. The motor wasn't attached at all so I know when they pick up the car the motor had to have fallen..The motor had 29k on it and came with everything and then some!!! I have a sawzaw just waiting for the guy to get another worthy motor this time I will hack the motor out in one day it will be total carnage!!! I already told my boss I am calling in if a motor shows up, so nothing will stop me this time. The price is still 350 for the next motor no matter what it is so maybe I can sneak out a M motor?
