I don't have an e30 right now, but I had a 325is years ago. At that time you couldn't get aftermarket wheels for them here in the US. I had to buy some ugly wheels for a Honda and use 1" spacers behind them. Where do you get wheels with a deep dish like that? I'm looking at a cabrio that is for sale locally, but this time I've got the coin to do it right. The Borbet website doesn't show the wheels to be that deep. What else is out there? I've tried to search the wheels threads but there are so many threads and so few that actually contain information that I haven't been able to dig up the facts.
          Thanks in advance.

Sorry man buit you are WRONG .

You either (well obviously) didn't know where to look or couldn't pony up the $$ to get proper wheels .

Proper quality aftermarket wheels have been available for BMW stateside almost since day one .

Man, this thread kicks ass!! What size tire should I get if I want some poke/stretch, or a lot, lol? I'm thinking about the sportmax 002's, 15x8, 0 offset, and 195/50/15 rs2's, would that be stretching?

And will gc's go low enough to damn near tuck or really tuck that combo?

hopefully i can add my contribution here in the next month. :D

Thanks for the link to the tunershop website. That will be a great help.

Honestly, in 2001 and 2002 nobody in the US had deep rims available with a 4x100 bolt pattern. I'd be glad to admit I'm wrong - show me. That's not a challenge against your knowledge, I just want to know where to get the best selection. I was living in Dublin Ohio at the time and it's Honda central there .

I'd like to run w/o spacers at all - all the dish I can get.

One of the most popular deep dish rims, BBS RS's, have been around since the 80's and aren't even made anymore. Plenty of companies made dished 4x100 rims, probably even since the 60's and 70's. Even JDM rims come deep dish. WED, Epsilon, BBS, Borbet, Advan, AME, Panasport, etc. etc.

Let's drive fast and have fun.

You make it sound like 2002 was such a long time ago.

CEC wheels has been a north american distributor since 1990, they offered deep dish wheels like Azevs is 4x00 16x9.

Ami motorsports has been around since 1998, they sell Kerscher, Keskin, FK, RH, all make 4x100 wide wheels.

OK, there were some awesome wheels on those sites. I don't want to hi-jack this thread so if there's any residual hate still out there please send it by PM.

Let's get back to the photos!

                                Pass on the sportmax.

                                GC's won't tuck the combo you've specified.
