    Painted IS lip or black?

Im kinda stuck on this. I installed an IS lip when I did my bumper swap last september, and painted it stock lachssilber. I like the look painted, the lip is very noticable. Lately Iv been looking at alot of cars with the same lip painted trim color, and Im starting to really like the look. One reason I want to try this is I drove much too fast onthe way to a show the day after painting the lip, now its chip heaven. What do you think? Black or lachssilber?

Lachs all the way! I had mine both colors and liked the look with lachs better. Just get a Ryan G splitter for the bottom of it

paint it and cover it in stone guard.

also if it chipped that much I don't think it was prepped properly.. even my spray painted is lip held up better than that!

I think you know my opinion, but I might paint it body color when I install my skirts and rear apron..

                    Thanks!
I have the iS side skirts on the way. With a 318 I am restricted to aprons that have a small (single exhaust) tail pipe opening or "glass" it.

Dont worry, that will be taken care of soon.

Im respraying the rear of the car sometime this summer, so maybe Ill paint the lip back, see how I ike it, then paint it back later...We'll see.

And no, I did not do a very good prep job on the lip, hence the chips
