Excuse the zip ties, I just temporarily mounted everything for Bimmerfest [and to make sure it would all fit] and I will make a bracket for the AFM when I get back.

What you see here people is an M30 AFM, Lukas Motors heatshield, hacked up cheapo E36 M3 intake pipe, and a brand new ebay cone filter. I really like the way this little setup came out and I love the sound. I wanted a filter that wasn't chrome but of course the auction showed a black one and when it came in the mail it was indeed chrome. Oh, I also installed my M50 injectors with new o-rings, the car runs awesome!

This pretty much completes my modding to this car [other than the 4.10 LSD I am waiting for.

Once I have some more free cash to blow I will work on getting the S50 in the 89 [finally].

I love mine! Although its probably more of a hot air intake, I keep it for the sound.

The heat shield can be found here www.lukasmotors.com or PM LukasBMW here on the forums.

The intake pipe actually came with my other car when I bought it. I just cut it down to fit.
