I have my never ending 2002 project that I really should be working on now, except this week and next I really need to be working on my kart prepping it for the road race grand nationals at Reno Fernley Raceway in two weeks. I'm not doing that yet either, I'm trying to figure out how I'm gonna pay for everything! Oms for the poor??
lol
Anyway, the 02 will be documented here enough once I really start putting time into it after the nationals (m20 swap btw) and get the bodywork done, but here's the other "ride."

Sure.
I don't know. When someone puts 8 years of work into their car just to have it taken away by a lowlife thief its really disappointing to then have someone make a snide off-handed and inconsiderate remark, it kind of seems class-less and rude.
I was seriously hoping that all the snobbery and idiocracy that plagues the Honda Community wouldn't be here. Unfortunately after reading through the forums today several threads have shown me thats not exactly true.
I am relaxed, but never once have I considered deriding someone who's down on their luck by making an ignorant joke. It may not have been intended to harm, but unfortunately adding a "j/k" does not change the fact that it did.
Especially when you consider that in the big picture E30's are no less common or special than Hondas. I understand that everyone thinks their car is somehow different or otherwise superior to another in some particular aspect. This is why we chose, and continue to choose a particular vehicle over others. But all things aside, I would be buying another Honda if my current living situation allowed me to have a more secure means of storing my vehicle. Luckily, in my particular local 17 year old BMW's are not all that alluring to anyone, especially thieves. Thus it was a large part of my decision to purchase my current car.
I've learned that first impressions are not always the most important, so I hope that at least some of you respect other people and their choice of vehicle. I also hope that the people on this forum are smart enough to not lump people into a group based off the actions of a few, just as I have elected not to do.
Thanks for listening.
I feel alot better now.
Sorry for going off topic.
