so i suck at photography... but im learning. anyway, got my suspension started...still not really happy with it, but its 10000X better than it was. We went to feed the geese at the lake (my girl likes them) so i took a few pics while i was there. I think its going to have a respray in the next two months... black is a pain to take care of, so the color is getting switched up a little, still have a few mech. issues to address first though.

The Eibach e30 M3 springs i bought from Bmpjv on here. paired with KYB GR-2s... shocks suck but they'll get me by til the billy's are rebuilt/replaced. Im still trying to find some strut housing to build a GC setup though... the ride is good, firm, doesnt bottom out or hit the bump stops... but i still wouldn't say its predictable. i want to know exactly how my car will react to driver input, and this set up, while nice on the street, wouldnt do well if pushed really hard. The previous was blown all to hell, so I figured id run this for now til i build up what I want.

Keep it black man, seriously. Do one full detail every spring and just keep it up throughout the season. Go to bimmerforums.com, detailing section. There are step by step instructions on top regarding proper washing/drying techniques. Stay away from the trees, keep some microfiber towels and quick detailer sprays handy and you're set.

Mine's black, too and has tons of very visible imperfections. I think once I eventually find some 'is' sideskirts I'll do a respray. I'm thinking of changing to Diamantschwarz from Schwarz, my bumpers and spoiler are already that way.

its the lake at UofR... its small... but it is nice.
