she needs a bit of work (read: a lot of work) but hey, she's the real deal. Original... Alpineweiss II... M-tech 2 baby!
$1800. Let the hate mail fly.
Nice work. ;) How's the top?

I would've stretched to pick it up, but I have had my eyes on a different 1 owner Mtech2 car for a while, just waiting for it to become available. :D

That thing is beat, seems almost fair for $1,800 though. I hope you truly fix it up nice and its not a 10 year long project like most people on r3v.

Let's drive fast and have fun.

I'm not hating, I would love to find a M tech vert cheap, but you have a HUGE project ahead of you.
Ya the seats are horrible. They will need to be re-foamed and re-covered. But I have a friend who builds furniture at a warehouse and he is going to do it for me. The mold is really bad, I think the trunk carpet is shot. I haven't been using much detailing/car cleaners, it's been all mold removal spray. Even the door jams are full of it. But the carpets appear to be mold free. Go figure, but there is none that I can see. I will pull them out though and check the underside.

So far it doesn't seem like it's too huge of a project. I've made a lot of progress just this weekend. The vinyl looks like brand-spanking new after a good amount of scrubbing with the Magic Eraser. I need some help getting the top to fit properly, and the rear window will need to be replaced.

I'm starting a new thread to keep everyone up to date on the rebuild.

Nope, it is not yet available. They tried to sell it to me last year, but I convinced them just to put another transmission in it...

As soon as the motor goes, that thing is MINE. :D

Get a walnut shell leather cleaning pad... looks like a Scotch bright.

Those seats will look like new with some elbow grease and a very soft soap like baby level soap.

                  Cool score!

It looks like your rear seats were shit / barfed on! Nice find for the price though!
